Fun, action & experiences in nature
With the cable cars, float up to the adventure parks and panoramic trails and reach scenic viewpoints, bubbling streams and quiet lakes high above Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Signposted hiking trails, some of which are even suitable for strollers, connect the attractions with each other. When you’re finished, you can either hike down to the village or take the cable car once again.
Serfaus: A world of experience
At the Komperdell adventure playground, "Murmli” the Serfaus mascot sets the tone. The Murmeltierhöhle (marmot cave), Murmliwasser (marmot water) and Murmlitrail (marmot trail) raise awareness for the natural habitat of these cute Alpine animals in a playful and interactive way. Kids can pan for gold or go climbing and splashing about. With a little luck, they’ll even spot real marmots. Without a doubt, kids are in their element here.
Hög adventure park
At the middle station of the Alpkopfbahn cable car, the idyllic Högsee lake awaits you with a huge play area that revolves around a safe shallow water area. You can also go for a ride on the pedal boat or enjoy a snack at the Seealm Hög restaurant. Meanwhile, the “Schneisenfeger,” the summer and winter toboggan run with start and finish in the Hög Adventure Park, promises fast-paced adventure.
Serfauser Sauser
This Flying Fox zip line boasts impressive stats: 2,000 m in length, 85 m flying height and a top speed of 65 km/h. Experience Serfaus from a bird's eye view. It all starts at the Sunliner mountain station. You will reach the finish at the valley station of the Komperdellbahn via four stations. Kids must be at least 10 years old and 1.30 m tall. Children are also allowed to "fly" on the zip line.
Fiss Summer Fun Park
Climbing, jumping, sliding, balancing, getting creative with water and sand... not to mention riding a pony, cuddling the inhabitants of the petting zoo... The possibilities at the fun park area at 1,812 metres above sea level are almost endless. The very brave can enjoy plenty of thrills on the Fisser Flieger zip line, Fisser Flitzer Alpine coaster and on the Giant Skyswing.

ROAD CYCLING
As a passionate road cyclist herself, Muirenhof host Sabine Hochenegger knows well what road cyclists need. That's why the Muirenhof offers some special cycling extras and, of course, first-hand tour tips. How about, for example, the Dörfer or Altfinstermünz routes? We’d be happy to provide more information.
RAFTING & CANYONING
White-water rapids and washed-out gorges make the Tyrolean Oberland a paradise for rafting & canyoning fans. In the capable hands of experienced tour providers, seek out the ultimate thrills! It’s also an unforgettable adventure for kids too. There are also less demanding routes especially for them.
EVEN MORE SPORTS & FUN
You’d be hard pressed to list all the possibilities in Serfaus & surroundings. This list is simply too long. Paragliding, horseback riding, swimming in the outdoor pool or bathing lake, climbing walls, a skater park, the Wolfsee lake with adventure area, the fishing pond, beach volleyball, soccer fields, outdoor tennis courts, playgrounds for the little ones... just to name a few! Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it here.
In Serfaus there is no such thing as bad weather ...
... just excellent opportunities to try something a bit different. The first place to go when the sky is grey is the Muirenhof playroom with its wide range of activities. In need of even more action? In the weekly programme, which is available for you at reception, you’ll discover all events and guided tours, as well as the opening hours of the museums. We will gladly help you make any advance registrations or reservations, or recommend excursion destinations that are really worthwhile.
PLAYIN SERFAUS
This huge play paradise for kids & teens at the valley station of the Komperdellbahn cable car offers everything you’ll need to blow off steam: there’s even an indoor climbing hall with various climbing walls with special missions to be completed, such as making a volcano erupt. In addition, there’s also a tricky boulder room, a soft play facility over 6 floors, and an interactive laser game. Adults can follow the hustle and bustle of kids via large flatscreen TVs from the comfort of the lounge. This is far more than just a place for bad weather! Trust us your kids will love it!
INDOOR ARENA IN FISS
At the valley station of the Schönjochbahn cable car, there is a 12-hole mini-golf course, a play area with table soccer & air field hockey for older kids as well as a Lego corner, a mini-house with slide, and wall and table games for the little ones to enjoy. The Indoor Arena is open daily from 8:30 am to 4 pm in summer.
CABLE CARS BACKSTAGE
How does a cable car actually work? Once a week you have the opportunity to look behind the scenes of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis cable cars. Dates are available from the current weekly programme. The ticket offices of the cable cars look forward to your reservation.
CULTURE & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Keen to tour the Laudeck Castle in Ladis? Or perhaps the regional museums, galleries and village tours are more your style? There is plenty of space for tradition in the weekly programme. Learn, for instance, how to bake bread in the old wood-fired oven or visit the Komperdellalpe Alpine dairy.
ESPECIALLY FOR THE LITTLE ONES
Murmli's mirror maze at the Komperdell middle station is great fun for all ages. From Sunday to Friday, the Murmli Club offers an exciting programme for children ages 3 and up (included in the Super.Sommer.Card). Meanwhile, various children's films are shown daily at the BergDiamant panorama restaurant on the Schönjoch in Fiss. Need more tips? Just stop by the tourist office or visit the Muirenhof reception.
