Our Fine Wine Selection
Our wine list presents a curated selection of white, red, and rosé wines as well as sparkling wines from some of Europe’s most renowned wine regions. The focus is on South Tyrol and Austria, complemented by distinguished wines from Italy, France, and Spain. This offers a diverse range that includes both classic varieties and regional specialties.
The Muirenlounge Bar Menu
Our Summer 2025 bar menu offers a fine selection of exquisite drinks: from Gin & Fissky from Turabauer Maass in Prutz to the typical Tyrolean Schnapsl and the refreshing Muirenhof Spritz. Wine lovers enjoy fine wines from Austria, Italy, France, Spain, and especially from South Tyrol – our nearest "regional" wine-growing region. We also serve regional beers from the Starkenberger Brewery and Zillertal Bier. For coffee connoisseurs, only Alps Coffee from South Tyrol makes its way into the cups, complemented by specialty teas from South Tyrol and Bavaria, as well as refreshing lemonades and mineral water from Tyrol.
