WELLNESS AT THE MUIRENHOF SERFAUS

Check out this sauna classic from the far north, which will make you sweat properly at 90° C. Fine wood varieties and viewing panels provide a generous feeling of space and make visiting the sauna a visual experience as well.

At the entrance to the wellness area, grab a sauna towel and head up a small flight of stairs to the vitamin bar and the chatting corner. This wonderfully soft seating area is reason enough to chat or gossip a bit before your first sauna session or perhaps in between.

Those who don't like it quite so hot should try out the pleasant organic sauna at 60° C. This gentler variant featuring higher humidity also has an extremely positive effect on health.

After sweating it out and cooling down, a steaming cup of herbal tea and healthy sources of energy such as nuts and fruit are just what the body needs. Just grab a cup and do something good for yourself at your leisure. 

From the relaxation room, a door leads to the cold room (protected from view) where you can take a deep breath and chat. For a healthy dose of fresh air, head to the adjoining garden, where the brave can throw themselves into the snow to freshen up.

Two showers with Kneipp hoses and a Kneipp basin for healthy alternating foot baths are available for cooling down after a sauna session. 

The cosy relaxation room with various loungers and cosy niches is the ideal place for tranquillity. Reading, dozing or dreaming in this warm feel-good cave is all the more enjoyable.
