Things to know about your holiday at the Muirenhof

Our prices are listed in euros and do not include the local tax.

Apartments: Final cleaning is already included in our prices! The prices shown in the price lists apply without meals. Bed linen, table linen, hand and bath towels, as well as kitchen towels are provided in the apartments. In our 1-bedroom apartments, the stated prices apply for 2 adults plus 1, 2, or 3 children. A surcharge of €30.00 per night is charged for additional adults.

Rooms & Suites, new since December 2020: prices apply per room per night, including breakfast. In the family suites "Furgler," "Komperdell," "Muiren," and "Schönjoch," there are separate children's rooms, and we quote prices per night for the whole family (2 adults and 1–3 children aged 0–13). We're happy to provide an individual offer if you'd like to book our suites with teenagers, more children than listed, or additional adults.

The local tax is charged separately at €3.70 per adult born in 2010 or earlier. From 2027, the local tax will be calculated per person born in 2011 or earlier. An increase in the local tax is possible at any time. Please note that all current information is provided without guarantee.

For short stays (stays shorter than 7 nights), we charge a surcharge. We're happy to provide you with an individual offer for your desired length of stay.

On the day of arrival, rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room/apartment by 9:30 a.m.

For confirmed bookings, we ask for a deposit of approximately 20% of the total travel price via a free-of-charge bank transfer in euros (bank details above). Our reservation confirmation will state the exact deposit amount and bank details.

Please settle your bill on the evening before your departure in cash or by debit card (please note your card limit). We do not accept credit cards. You're also welcome to settle your bill via bank transfer.

In the Muiren Lounge, we accept cash and debit card payments. Hotel guests are welcome to have charges added to their room bill.

With your booking at the Muirenhof, you're permitted to drive into the car-free village center of Serfaus. We'll assign you a parking space — either directly in front of the Muirenhof or in our garage at the entrance to the village.

At the Muirenhof, we offer 6 spacious apartments, 4 family suites with a separate children's room, one double room, and one single room. From December 2026, the Penthouse Suite Serfaus on the 3rd floor will expand our offering.

Two passenger elevators provide easy access to all rooms and apartments.

From 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., we serve an extensive breakfast in our breakfast rooms. It's automatically included for guests staying in our rooms & suites. Apartment guests are welcome to add it on. The price is €20.00 for adults and €9.50 for children (3–13 years old). Young children up to 2 years old eat breakfast with their parents free of charge. During certain vacation weeks, apartments are also offered with breakfast only.

All apartment kitchens include a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, and microwave. Dishes, including cutlery, pots, and pans, are provided. We also provide dishwasher detergent. Please note that our kitchens are not equipped with an oven. Please don't bring anything that needs to be baked or heated in an oven, as we don't have an oven in our breakfast kitchen to do this for you either.

For coffee lovers, all apartments are equipped with Nespresso business machines. A wide selection of Nespresso pods can be found right here at the Muirenhof Shop at reception.

For adult guests (14 years and up), use of our wellness area is included in the price during the winter season (December to April). Bathrobes are provided in your room or apartment. We ask that you bring your own bath slippers for use in the wellness area. If needed, you can purchase some from us for €7.00.

During the summer season, from June to October, use of the relaxation area is included in the price for guests staying in our suites and rooms (registration required). For sauna lovers staying in our apartments, there's an attractive wellness package you can add to your stay. We're happy to send you an offer.

One dog is allowed in our apartments upon request. We charge €15.00 per day for your furry friend (excluding food) and ask that you bring your own basket or dog blanket. Pets are not allowed in the new rooms and suites.

All of our accommodations, as well as the Muiren Lounge, are non-smoking areas. Thank you in advance for your understanding. You're welcome to smoke on the balcony and on the sun terrace.

Please bring your own slippers and wear them in the stairwell, apartments, and rooms. You can conveniently store your outdoor shoes in the shoe room.
